At Thryfty, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry and streetwear accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. We will also send a copy to the email address used during checkout.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and affix the shipping label securely to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification and your refund or exchange confirmation as soon as our warehouse processes the return.
